AVT accepts all major Credit Cards, cash and checks.  Customers with pre-approved accounts can be billed on NET 30 terms.  Some rentals or sales will require a 50% deposit.  AVT guarantees our equipment to be in good operating order when delivered, however we cannot be responsible for unreported malfunctions or errors.  Some equipment requires installation by qualified AVT technician.  There is a $20.00 minimum order on rental orders.  Rental rates shown are daily rates and subject to change.  Please call for quotes on extensive or special equipment rentals.  Late fees will be charged for any equipment not returned on time.  The minimum late fee is $25.00.  Equipment cancellations must be received 24 hours before event begins.  Equipment not returned in 5 days will be considered lost and will be charged for accordingly.
